I am thinking about buying a motor scooter to save money on gas. Any suggestions on make and model?

I would like to stay in the $1000 range, and it must be street legal, with capable speeds of around 45mph.

I love the retro vespas! SOOOOO cute…

What are the benifets of addingt a second 49cc motor to a motor scooter?
