If you are 17 charged with driving without a license on a gas powered scooter thats maximum speed is 45mph and you have failed to appear in court on two seperate occassions what could happen?

its regaurding my 17 year old friend and im concerned he'll receive more punishment then neccessary we live in BROWARD COUNTY FLORIDA

the good news - He will not get 10 years in Starke (state pen)
the bad news - he's in for some trouble

only positive note is that he is a juvenile

when he becomes an adult and pulls this crap - this REALLY goes on your record

get this FIXED now!

My 49cc gas powered scooter has some oil in the air filter and it won't crank why?

They can take away his drivers license or right to obtain one until he is 21.

well he wont be able to get his license for awhile, he'll be fined at least a grand, and will probably have to do some community service. He better get down there and straighten it out before it gets worse.
